To better serve you, we have the following guidelines. The Super Saver Radio Shopping show has to work for everyone. You the listener, the retailer and our radio station.
Please Read And Follow These Simple Rules:
Always Read And Follow The Instructions On The Certificates
When you pick up your certificate, please read each one very carefully and follow all the instructions.
Please Note: If you are asked to purchase only one certificate per month on a particular business, please follow that. We reserve the right to limit your purchase of any specific gift certificate per business/service if we feel you aren't following the instructions. Always remember to tip when appropriate, this assures continued support from the business/service.
Use Only Your Shopping Number:
You cannot use someone else's Shopping Show Number. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if it appears the number being used does not belong to the person purchasing the certificate.
Exchanges:
KDWA Super Saver Radio Shopping Show certificates will ONLY exchange certificates that are not being honored by the business/service! For instance: If the business refuses to honor their commitment or if they are no longer in business.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
No certificates will be exchanged after they have expired! Expired certificates have no value! Absolutely no certificates will be exchanged after the expiration date on the certificate.
All restrictions on certificates MUST be followed. KDWA reserves the right to limit bid numbers access to future certificates if rules aren't followed.
No Cash Value:
Certificates do not have a cash value. What this means is no cash can ever be refunded. They can only be exchanged for other certificates/services. Exchanged certificates will only be done on the amount you paid for them, not their face value.
Pick-up Deadlines:
All certificates must be picked up within a week. After a week the computer automatically puts certificates back into the stock to be sold. If you are unable to pick up your certificate, just call and let us know, we can extend you pick-up date.
Ways To Pick-Up Your Certificates:
The KDWA radio studio's are conveniently located right on Vermillion Street (Hwy 61) that go right through the heart of Hastings. We are open:
Monday - Friday:
9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday : 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
Mail Bill:
You can send a check to: KDWA
or you can call us with your credit card number and we will mail your certificates to you. Please note that a $2 shipping and handling charge will be the responsibility of the customer. We take Master Card and Visa.
Please Note that all returned check will carry at $30.00 service charge and could result in suspension of future Shopping Show privileges
We Reserve The Right To Limit The Selling Of Any Certificates To Anyone Who Does Not Follow The Merchants Requirements.
Help Keep The Shopping Show Going:
Please remember that saving between 40 and 80% on area goods and services carries some responsibility, so lets ALL help keep it successful.
- Try and spend over the value of the certificate
- None of our certificates have a CASH value
- Spend less than the value of the certificate, don't ask for change. No change will be given. All certificates contain the name of the purchaser and anyone caught asking for change could see their Shopping Show privileges revoked!
- Always tip a minimum of 15% of the entire bill or service
- Frequent the business on the Radio Shopping Show, this will insure them continuing.
- Tell area business owners about the Radio Shopping Show.
Earn Shopping Show Bucks:
We pay you to talk about us. That's right tell all your friends and neighbors about the Super Saver Radio Shopping Show and earn Shopping Show Bucks. If someone comes in for a new Shopping Show number and:
- Spend at least $20.00 on their first purchase
- Tell us that you referred them, they MUST tell us on that first purchase or this offer is void
- Only one Shopping Show per household
Please note: The customer registering for the new number must tell us who referred us at the time they register for a Shopping Show number, if they don't no Shopping Show Dollars will be earned. Shopping Show Bucks can to be used on any future purchase!
