LIVE CARDINAL HOOPS TUESDAY: The Prescott Cardinals Girls Basketball Team will play LIVE on AM 1460 KDWA Radio on Tuesday night, as they host the Somerset Spartans, in Middle Border Conference action. Join KDWA Radio Sports for all of the action, beginning with the Pre-Game Show at 7:15pm, and the tip-off to follow at 7:30pm! GIRLS PLAYOFF HOCKEY WEDNESDAY: The Hastings Raiders Girls Hockey Team will be playing in the Section 3AA Quarterfinals on Wednesday night, beginning at 7:00pm. The game will be broadcasted LIVE on AM 1460 KDWA Radio, as KDWA’s Nick Tuckner will be rink side for all of the action! BOYS HOSTING PONIES THURSDAY: The Hastings Raiders Boys Hockey Team will be in action on Thursday night, LIVE on AM 1460 KDWA Radio, as they host the Stillwater Ponies, in Suburban East Conference action. The Raiders will be looking to square the season series after the Ponies beat Hastings, 6-3, at the St. Croix Valley Recreation Center, in mid-December. Join KDWA Radio’s Nick Tuckner LIVE from the Hastings Civic Arena, for the Pre-Game Show at 7:15pm, and the face-off to follow at 7:30pm! 

SEAS TOURNAMENT ALL NEXT WEEKEND: Keep your dial on AM 1460 KDWA Radio throughout the weekend, for the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Patriot Middle School Basketball Tournament! AM 1460 KDWA Radio will be bringing you numerous games throughout the weekend, beginning with Friday night games at 5:30, and 7:00pm with the Boys and Girls Teams opening the tournament!

SEAS PATRIOT TOURNEY- DAY ONE: The 52nd Annual St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Patriot Parochial Basketball Tournament will begin on Friday afternoon, in through the evening at SEAS School, just off of 6th and Ramsey Streets in Hastings! If you have never seen this tournament before, stop on out to the gym throughout the weekend, to see basketball played by some of the future stars of Minnesota High School Basketball, now, while they are still at the middle school levels. AM 1460 KDWA Radio will, as always, have all of the SEAS games on the airwaves, with the Friday games both LIVE, and either LIVE or taped games throughout the rest of Saturday and Sunday. “CATCH THE BIG ONE” IS BACK! The Hastings Girls Fastpitch Softball Boosters will be hosting their 5th annual “Catch the Big One” Ice Fishing Tournament, again, this February! The tournament will take place on Saturday, February 18th, from 10:30am-1:30pm, at Lake Rebecca, off of Dam Road, near Lock & Dam #2 in Hastings. The cost is $10 for two drilled holes, and there will be prized awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Concessions will also be available, including hot beverages. Tournament organizers also remind anglers that there will be no alcohol allowed, as this is a family event. Bring your own fishing gear and BAIT, but you do not need a fishing license, of you bring a child, as its “Take A Kid Fishing” Weekend, in Minnesota! RAIDER BASEBALL FUNDRAISER DINNER: The Hastings Raiders High School Baseball Program will be hosting their annual fundraiser dinner on Monday, February 27th, at Wiederholt’s Supper Club, in Miesville. The Pre-Game social session will begin at 5:00pm, and go until 6:30pm. Game Time, with dinner, prize drawings, silent auction, and words from friends of Hastings Baseball, will all begin at 6:30pm. Your $60 donation gets you dinner, and a chance at CA$H prizes, door prizes, games, and access to the wonderful silent auction items. If you cannot attend, you can still buy a dinner sponsorship for either $50 or $100. ALL proceeds go to the Hastings Raider Baseball Program.
